Physical Description:

Off-white, light weight; texture is halfway between a lotion and a cream.

Key ingredients:

Tretinoin: Tretinoin, a potent retinoid, functions by accelerating skin cell turnover. It promotes the shedding of old, damaged skin cells and encourages the growth of new ones. This process reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, enhances skin texture, and stimulates collagen production, resulting in firmer and more youthful-looking skin.

Tranexamic Acid (5%): Tranexamic Acid targets hyperpigmentation by interfering with the skin's melanin production process. It works by inhibiting the activation of plasmin, an enzyme responsible for melanin synthesis. By doing so, Tranexamic Acid helps fade dark spots, reduce the appearance of discoloration, and promote a more even skin tone.

Niacinamide (5%): Niacinamide, also known as Vitamin B3, operates as a versatile skincare ingredient. It strengthens the skin's natural barrier, preventing moisture loss and enhancing its ability to retain hydration. Additionally, Niacinamide helps reduce redness and inflammation, minimizes the appearance of enlarged pores, and brightens the complexion, resulting in a revitalized and healthier-looking skin.

Acetyl-Glucosamine (2%): Acetyl-Glucosamine plays a crucial role in skin hydration and barrier function. It functions by supporting the skin's production of hyaluronic acid, a key molecule responsible for retaining moisture. This active ingredient aids in enhancing the skin's ability to stay hydrated, improves its texture, and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Non-medicinal ingredients:

Aloe barbadensis leaf juice, C 13-14 Isoparaffin, Caprylic/Capric triglyceride, deionized water, Laureth-7, Phenoxyethanol, Polyacrylamide, Tocopheryl acetate, Triethylene glycol 

How to use:

Apply at night before bed time. New tretinoin users should consider introducing M1 Quattro slowly into their regimen, e.g., every other night. Apply moisturizer 10-15 minutes after application. Sunscreen during the day is required at a minimum of SPF 30.

It is not recommended to use other actives at night if M1 Quattro is being used, due to the potential for chemical incompatibility and irritation.
