Many of our products require a prescription, but don't worry - we'll make the process easy for you. Upon checkout your cart will automatically be updated with our healthcare practitioner consult. The consult is free of charge and allows you to conveniently get a prescription.
step two
Check your email after payment and complete your patient intake form.
The order confirmation email will contain a link to a secure form where you will enter your information and answer a few skincare related questions. The form is secure and compliant with Canadian privacy laws.
step three
Practitioner consult.
A team member will reach out to you to complete a telephone or virtual consult with a licensed healthcare practitioner. At the end of the consult, the practitioner will issue a prescription for your selected products.
step four
Your product is custom made in our labs.
Our licensed pharmacists work in their accredited laboratories to make your selected products from scratch.
step five
Home delivery.
Your medications are delivered straight to your door. Canada wide delivery available.
