About M1 Skincare

We are a pharmacy compounding service that specializes in skincare. We work with compounding pharmacies to create unique skincare products.

Where is my product being made?

Your products are made at M1 Pharmacy (MediOne West Hill Pharmacy) in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada. We are an accredited pharmacy with NAPRA compliant compounding facilities.

I don't live in Canada. Can I buy your products?

Our products are only available to Canadians in the following provinces: Ontario, Alberta Quebec. Note that this is due to prescription regulations and we hope to be Canada wide soon.

What is the patient intake form?

After purchasing your product, your order confirmation email will contain a link to a secure intake form. You will be prompted to answer some simple questions so that we can better understand you, your health and your skin.

Filling out this form is mandatory. Your order will not be shipped until the form is filled out and the healthcare consultation is complete.

Do I need a prescription from a doctor?

Depending on the product you choose you may require a prescription from a nurse practitioner or a doctor. Many products (cleansers, sunscreens) are over-the-counter and do not require one.

Add your preferred product to your cart and we will automatically add a consultation with a member of our team.

If you choose a product that does not require a prescription, you will not have a consultation fee added prior to checkout.

Consultation fee

The consultation with our healthcare practitioner (Canadian licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician) is free of charge.

Side effects

Side effects can be experienced with any medication - whether applied on your skin or taken as a pill. Our pharmacy team will counsel you on how to use your products and minimize side effects.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. However, our representative will be more than happy to assist you with the cancellation of most orders requested. For order cancellations, please contact us at info@medionerx.com

Note: Once you have completed your consult and an order is being prepared for shipment, we cannot cancel it and we cannot issue any refunds.

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship within 1-2 business days after the completion of your healthcare practitioner consultation.

Can MediOneRx products be used for sensitive skin?

If you have known sensitivity to certain ingredients you must mention this in the patient intake form so it can be reviewed with the healthcare professional during the skincare consultation.

Our dedicated team of doctors, nurses and pharmacists work together to create a skincare regimen that is unique to each and everyones skin type.
